Dear Associates and Partners,

I am deeply honored to address you as the Founder and Managing Director of Global Risk International, Reverend Ian Gaylard, CMAS. My journey in the fields of Law Enforcement, Security, and Defense has been a profound and rewarding one, spanning over five decades. It began in 1972 and has taken me through a diverse array of public and private assignments. Along this path, I have had the privilege of serving various governments in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations, the African Union, and India.

My educational background is grounded in Business Management from McMaster University, with a specialized focus on Terrorism, Criminalistics, and Criminal Science from the University of Penal. I've also been recognized by UNACOC with an award in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution.

Currently, I hold the position of Managing Director at Global Risk International and serve as the Executive Director of Global Security for Projects at Fox Petroleum Group. In addition to these roles, I am a certified Anti-Terrorism and Counter-Insurgency analyst and advisor. I am also deeply honored to serve as an Ambassador to Africa for both the International Organization for Educational Development (IOED) and the International Police Commission (IPC). My commitment to global security and intelligence extends further as an Analyst at the OSI Intelligence Foundation.

I am proud to be listed in the U.K. Register of Training Providers, a testament to the credibility and expertise that I bring to the table. Additionally, my certification as an Analyst from INISEG (Instituto Internacional de Estudios en Seguridad Global) underscores my commitment to staying at the forefront of global security developments.
